I have to admit that Jennifer Hudson looks absolutely amazing at this size. I'm not sure what her size is in this photo, but it looks good on her. I'm nowhere near obese or chubby or what have you, but she does inspire me to go on a diet. Well, not so much a diet, but to be healthy & in shape. I'm a junk food addict, greasy foods addicts, soda drinking addict....I'm sure you get my gist and I, regardless of having two kids, still think I look good. However, on the inside, I feel like a 50 year old woman. I've been outran by a girl twice my size. I'm not in shape at ALL and that's sad. I probably couldn't climb a flight of stairs without having to catch my breath.
A lot of people think just because a person is not of 'normal' size that they're not healthy, not in shape, not 'living/eating right.' I'm living PROOF that you do not have to be a size 20 to be out of shape. I don't excercise at all, but somehow still manage to remain under 130lbs. So as I was saying, Jennifer Hudson is an inspiration for me not to lose weight, but to realize the importance of being healthy. It takes a lot of motivation to begin though. I JUST WISH POPEYES WOULD STOP MAKING THAT GOOD ASS FRIED CHICKEN!
